My holistic approach to your health

I provide a holistic approach based on the understanding that all our organs are interacting and playing together like an orchestra. Furthermore, many other aspects of life determining the quality of life indeed have a biochemical impact on our body. Our health is influenced by environmental factors, air, water, food, exercise, and not least, how we feel and thrive in our personal life. All these physical, biochemical, and mental aspects of who we are, function as one BIG orchestra. If one player is out of tune, it affects the whole performance.

I combine my multiple educations as a medical doctor, general practitioner, acupuncturist, and lifestyle coach. The first thing I do, is to perform a comprehensive physical examination. With laboratory tests we dive into your present biochemicals status to detect any imbalances or causes for your symptoms. As symptoms can have many origins, your health and life story will always be taken into account, when I suggest a treatment to rebalance any deficiencies and to support your body’s self-healing abilities. For example, you might have a condition that needs medication, vitamins, and minerals and/or a lifestyle change to improve your basic health habits.

Medical Consultation

The first consultation starts with a Personal Health Examination, a medical health checkup. You fill in a questionnaire about your health merits, symptoms and disease including lifestyle and habits before you come. In the consultations we dive into your health history, and you will have a profound medical physical examination. I will order laboratory- and other test to detect any imbalances, deficiencies, or illness.

Medical Consultation & Lifestyle-Coaching

In your second consultation, your health will be further evaluated based on the biochemical findings and other test. If necessary, you will be treated with medicine. Most often recommended vitamins, minerals, and healthy oils. We will explore if your health issue could be related to lifestyle – it can be both. You will get a Personal Health Program to guide you to make your most impactful next step to support your health journey.

Medical Consultation & Lifestyle-Coaching & Habits

In the third consultation you will be guided to make lifestyle changes and achieve new habits one by one. We continue with your Personal Health Coaching, until you have reached your desired state of health – gradually over a period of time.

Groups and Community
7 Basic Health Habits

Seven basic habits can give you an enormous energy boost and unexpected health benefits. Inspirational talks and a community of likeminded people will inspire and empower you to make new habits. The 7 Basic Health Habits are: Eat Healthy, Hydration, Essential Supplements, Better Sleep, Stay Active, Breathing, Healthy Mindset. The community is online.

Lectures

During the year we will continuously lecture about the 7 Basic Health Habits: Eat Healthy, Hydration, Essential Supplements, Better Sleep, Stay Active, Breathing, Healthy Mindset. Other Healthier lifestyle and habits will also be covered.

Workshops

Enjoy hands on experience in nutritious food and other health aspects. Several workshops about Holistic Health, 7 Basic Health Habits: Eat Healthy, Hydration, Essential Supplements, Better Sleep, Stay Active, Breathing, Healthy Mindset will be held.

Retreats
